What type of metals do you work with for custom jewelry designs?

The most common metals we often is white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, platinum, and silver. However, if there is a different material that holds a lot of sentimental value and you would like to turn it into a jewelry piece. We are happy to work with you and bring to reality those sentimental materials. We enjoy the challenge!

How long does it take to create a custom jewelry design?

It depends. If you have a ready design of what you would like already, lead time would take around 1 week depending on the complexity of the jewelry piece. We’re glad to work with you to refine the concept or idea of what you want but the finally piece will a bit longer around 2 weeks.

Do you provide appraisal services?

We do not provide appraisal services because we believe that the value of your jewelry is so much more than the cash value of the metal and stones. There is meaning, memories, stylistic preferences, and so many more sentimental significances that cannot be valued by another person.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy since the service we provide is custom and specific to each individual customer. We will work with you to help design and craft a jewelry piece that you will cherish for years to come. We guarantee that you will love it!

Can you create jewelry designs based on a specific theme or inspiration?

Yes we can! We will help walk you through the design process to create something of meaning to you.

Do you work with clients remotely or is an in-person consultation necessary?

Initial consultations are done in person. We would like to discuss and take measurements, sharing ideas more organically with each other. Afterwards throughout the whole designing and crafting process we will be in touch and update you through text message or email.
